Terms & Conditions

By accessing, creating an account on, or using this online health coach application (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

The Application is provided as a beta product and is still under active development. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Features may be incomplete, experimental, unstable, or change at any time
• Some functionality may not work as intended
• Information, insights, or feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable
• Interruptions, errors, data loss, or system shutdowns may occur

You use the Application entirely at your own risk.

• Users may freely create an account to access the Application
• We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or delete any user account, with or without notice
• We may close, pause, or discontinue the Application at any time, temporarily or permanently

We are not liable for any loss resulting from account suspension or system closure.

To improve and refine the Application during the beta phase, we may use the following limited categories of data:

• Anonymised usage metrics (e.g. session counts, feature uptake)
• Aggregated feature-usage logs and performance telemetry
• Bug reports and free-form feedback you choose to send us, in the form you submit it

We do not use the following for training, analytics, or model improvement:

• Health and biomarker values (lab reports, vitals, BMI, goals, symptoms)
• Biometric data (face-scan output, voice recordings, voice-login embeddings)
• Direct identifiers (email addresses, full names, phone numbers)
• OAuth tokens and any data fetched on your behalf via them

Where we transmit, log, or export anything in the protected categories above, we treat it under our Privacy Notice and the internal review checks documented there. We make no guarantees regarding data retention during the beta phase. Uploads you make through the supported flows (lab reports, screenshots) are stored to support the feature you used — uploading them is not implicit consent to reuse them for training or analytics.

Voice dictation is processed differently: when you record a voice note for feedback, the audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and discarded immediately afterwards. The audio itself is never persisted. Only the resulting text transcript (or the text you typed yourself) may be retained as feedback content under this section.

The Application utilises artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses, recommendations, or insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading
• Outputs should not be relied upon without independent verification
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any AI-generated information

You agree that:

• Any actions taken based on information from the Application are done at your own discretion
• You will verify all information independently before applying it to daily practices
• You assume full responsibility for any outcomes or consequences

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Application
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Data loss or system downtime
• Decisions made based on Application outputs

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
